SSgt Anthony "Tony" Slentz passed away Thursday, August 14th, 2008 at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, NM after an extended battle with cancer. He was born in Suwon, Korea on April 26, 1978, the son of Robert and Hae Son Slentz. He formerly lived in Elizabeth and was a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Brian Slentz. He is survived by his wife, the former Tara Beams; and a son, Cameron Slentz, both of Albuquerque, NM; a brother, Kim Slentz of Shreveport, LA; his parents, Robert and Hae Son Slentz of Fort Humphries, Korea; grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Slentz, of Fairland, IN.
